Codfish, Screech and Newfoundland
Canada is a great country and Newfoundland is a beautiful province! I recently photographed a wonderful wedding where guests were initiated into the "Newfoundland club" after kissing the codfish and drinking a shot of screech. For those of you that don't know, Newfoundland is famous for its screech, which is an alcoholic drink similar to rum.
